Exchange and return

We strive to ensure that every purchase on our website brings you joy. However, if the product is not suitable, you can always exercise the right to exchange or return in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

Return and exchange terms:
1.You can return or exchange goods within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.
2. Terms and conditions are governed by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Conditions return/exchange of goods:
1. The product has not been used and has retained its presentation: there are no signs of use, damage, smells of perfume or cosmetics or other foreign odors.
2. All labels, tags and original packaging are preserved.
You provide a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

Return or exchange procedure
1.Contact us:
Email us or call the specified contacts or write to your personal manager. Indicate the order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
2.Fill out the return form and include it with the parcel
3. Pack the product in the original packaging to avoid damage during transportation.
4. Return or exchange is carried out at the buyer's expense if the product is of proper quality. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will pay for shipping.
5. We accept returns exclusively to New Mail (check with your manager for the address and exact details)

After checking the product, the refund will be made to the details you provided within 7 working days.
